Thought I'd put a few favourites in here....at least I'll be able to access them up in Leicestershire, etc. I'll try to add a few more here and there.
Bread Recipes - These kept me sane when I was working and going to grad school in Texas. Friday night was homemade bread night. The punching, kneading and rising - very therapeutic.
