April 2007 - Easter Holidays at Kew Gardens

Kew Gardens put on a lot of special events to celebrate Easter. In the 2 weeks around Easter, they have a special 'petting zoo' with pigs, sheep, donkeys, etc. On Easter weekend they had an 'egg hunt' type thing where kids could get a chocolate egg as well as having giant bunnies for kids to pet.

She wasn't impressed by the pigs (she preferred the smaller ones that they had on our later trip)...but she did quite like the lambs, goats, donkeys and little ducklings.

For as much as she loves 'real' animals, she wasn't impressed by the big Easter bunny...but the chocolate was good.
	Out for a nice walk in the gardens....
