Ailsa's First Birthday
 

I need to get the disk with some more photos from Ian and Mary...till then, here are a few photos from Spain.

Ailsa had a great birthday in Spain (I think she ate her body weight in Strawberries that night). She also had a chance to get up close to some lemurs that we got to feed by hand.

Ailsa checking out the lemurs: We had fun feeding them. In a separate enclosure one of the small South American monkeys was on Mary's shoulder.
	We met up with a dog that has hip / leg problems. Ailsa thought it was very interesting to meet a dog that gets around like her. At the airport we chatted with a woman in a wheelchair. If only I had gotten a photo of Ailsa's face when the woman wheeled herself forward a bit. Ailsa was like - 'how did she do that? I can't do that in my chair (darn it)'.

	Also have some great photos of Ailsa feeding Grandma Kennedy to come shortly.
	We put the candles on the flan (thought it would show up better)...but then ended up giving her a big bowl of strawberries with a bit of vanilla ice cream (it was hot).
	Here she is enjoying the strawberries...bless!
